Yes, we test them out before we recommend them. Have you reached out to the developer to resolve this? We can only do so much and can’t guarantee the plugin will work with your theme and plugins because every setup is different

I got the WP Download Manager PRO today and it is an absolute peace of shit. Sorry my bad language but there’s no better way to describe it. Bad code, conflict with every possible other plugin, crashes and more crashes.
